Syndical Chamber
Atelier Practice · Garment Construction · Material Development · Creative Production

My work at Syndical Chamber combined hands-on garment development with the practical and organisational demands of an independent fashion atelier.
I contributed across garment construction, fittings, alterations, finishing and quality control, while also supporting visual development, digital print correction, shoots, collection preparation and production logistics.
Working closely with designers, stylists, artists and production teams gave me direct experience translating creative concepts into finished garments and coordinating the multiple processes required to bring a piece from the atelier into public, editorial and performance contexts.
This experience strengthened a way of working that combines material sensitivity with production thinking: understanding not only how a garment should look, but how it needs to be constructed, organised, adapted and delivered in real conditions.
Atelier Work

From Atelier to Public Context
The work moved continuously between making and coordination, from garment construction and fittings to shoots, performances, public appearances and collection logistics.

Maya consistently turns ideas into real deliverables. She quickly understands what's needed, structures the work, sets priorities, and keeps things moving while maintaining a high standard of quality.Sergio Castaño Peña, Founder, Syndical Chamber
