UpHand was an independent second-hand and upcycling fashion project built around the idea of extending the life of existing garments through curation, transformation and visual storytelling.

I developed the project from concept to market, combining second-hand sourcing with redesigned and upcycled pieces, while creating the brand identity, art direction, photography and online presentation.

Alongside the creative work, I managed the e-commerce platform, product curation, content, digital marketing, customer communication and direct sales, including participation in physical street markets.

The project allowed me to explore circular fashion not only as a material practice, but as a complete creative ecosystem connecting garments, image, communication and the people who would give those pieces a new life.

Independent Project

I independently managed approximately 90% of the project, combining creative direction, making and day-to-day operations. The collection sold through within approximately eight months.

UpHand explored how extending the life of a garment can also extend its identity, shifting second-hand clothing from discarded product to material for new creative narratives.
